Where are you located?

Our Motorcycle and Sales Showroom is located in our St John’s Road facility, just north of Hamilton.

What hours are you open?

The HWP Cycle Sales Showroom is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm for your convenience.
The HWP Cycle Service is open from 8am to 5.30pm. Kindly come to the Mechanical Service reception area to book in for service or feel free to call us.

What brands do you sell?

We are proud to be the exclusive dealers for Honda, Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia, Gilera and Derbi.

Should I buy a Motorcycle or a Scooter?

We broadly classify our products as either Scooters or Motorcycles and this is the first decision for you to make regarding your new vehicle. Scooters are generally automatic, meaning that there is no manual clutch and all shifting of gears is handled automatically by the vehicle while motorcycles have a manual clutch and shifting gears is accomplished by the rider. Scooters are an excellent choice for Bermuda’s roads, often offering increased protection from the elements and are very simple to operate. Motorcycles often appeal to the more experienced rider who enjoy the look, feel, styling and operation of this class of vehicle.
Our sales representatives would be delighted to show you the advantages of either choice.

What should I expect to spend?

Generally speaking you can expect to spend between $3,000 - $8,000 on your new Motorcycle or Scooter. Knowing your realistic budget price range is important so that we can help you select the best possible value for your personal situation.

How can I pay for my new Scooter or Motorcycle?

We accept cash or cheques as payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept debit or credit cards at this time for vehicle purchases.

Do you have a layaway plan?

Unfortunately, no layaway option is currently offered at HWP Cycles Division.

Can you assist with bank financing?

Yes! If you wish to finance your purchase, we can assist you with dealing with our local banks. In fact our slogan ‘Walk in and Ride Out” says it all. We can help you with all of the paperwork and dealing with the various organizations such as our Transport Control Department (TCD), Insurance companies, banks etc., so that your experience is truly a “One Stop Shopping” experience.

How long does it take to get me on the road?

Because of the involvement of third party organizations that we do not control, we cannot guarantee a timeframe. However, if has been our experience that the process should take no longer than three days and sometimes if everything is in order, we have put a customer on the road within 1 day.

What information should I have ready to get on the road right away?

Name, address, contact information and choice of Insurance company.

Do you offer a warranty on your Scooters and Motorcycles?

If you purchase your vehicle from HWP Cycles Division then your normal warranty is valid for 6 months or 6,000 kilometres (whichever comes first), and your first service is at 2 months or 1,000 kilometres for which there will be a charge. Please note that warranty coverage may vary on specific Motorcycles/Scooters and the specifics are outlined on the warranty information provided to you at time of sale.
